A Classical Piece for Mountain Dulcimer: The Morning Songfrom Edvard Grieg's Peer Gynt Suite for Mountain Dulcimerby Lorinda Jones "The Morning Song" is included in the first of two orchestral suites, Opus 46 and 55, from the Peer Peer Gynt Suite written by Edvard Grieg. The suites were arranged from incidental music to Ibsen's play, "Peer Gynt." 
About the Author With five CD recordings, four books, and one video to her credit, Lorinda Jones is nationally recognized as an outstanding performer, recording artist, teacher, and publisher. She began performing at an early age, and has pursued music through a wide range of instruments including dulcimer, harp, piano, oboe, tin whistle, guitar, and autoharp, among others. After 13 years as a public school music teacher, her belief that music has the power to touch everyone, prompted Lorinda to pursue a second career as a board-certified music therapist. Her company, Music Therapy Services of Central Kentucky, provides contract services to children and adults who have mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. In addition to performing solo, Lorinda is the artistic director and active member of the Heartland Dulcimer Club, the acoustic group Just By Chance, and the Harps For Life harp ensemble.
